The First Announcement of
21th National and 9th International Congress on Biology
On behalf of the Iranian Biology Society and Semnan University this is to announce the 21th National and 9th International Congress on Biology to be held from 16th to 18th of Februray 2021 in the city of Semnan, Iran. The congress consists of four conferences on major disciplines of Biology, that is Plant Biology, Animal Biology, Cell and Molecular Biology, and Conservation and Environmental Biology. Regarding the current situation, globally, we will have a seminar with special sessions on Covid-19 pandemic: Cell and Molecular approaches as well, with collaboration of the regional and local speakers.
We hope the participant scientists from local and international institutions and communities help us to have a great event and to present frontline bioscience issues in respective fields. We, also, hope the Congress be able to gather many enthusiastic young scientists and students to meet their peers from all Iranian universities and around the world to share their experiences and knowledge.
The scientific board of the current Congress would like highlight the critical importance of the Integrative Biology -which is called to be “the science of the 21th century”- to deal with complex problems. As it is, the concept and the field of integrative biology is going to revolutionize the scope of education and research worldwide, through its new principles which invites scientists of all disciplines to pursue fundamental inquiries in biology with due collaboration.
